Couples Therapy

If you and your partner are looking to explore issues within your relationship, then I can support you with this.

I offer a safe space to explore issues around finances, intimacy and sex, work or recreation, parenting, household chores, relationships with extended family, religion, substance abuse/addiction, and, more generally, communication. My aim with couples therapy is not to take sides, but to help each party work towards a common goal. This means that sometimes therapy can be challenging and scary as we touch on vulnerable parts of ourselves. But ultimately, I hope to be a steady companion on your journey.

Through therapy, couples can build deeper emotional intimacy, improve communication, and develop tools to navigate challenges together more effectively. I use practical tools to support clients with communication, conflict, and intimacy-related concerns, helping to foster connection and understanding.

I welcome couples from all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ partnerships, intercultural relationships, and those navigating non-traditional dynamics. My approach draws on evidence-based techniques such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method principles, which help couples address recurring patterns and strengthen their bond.

I understand that opening up about your relationship can feel daunting, but my goal is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where both partners feel heard and respected.

If you’re ready to explore how therapy can support your relationship, please reach out for a complimentary consultation. Let’s work together to create a stronger, healthier connection.
