Relational and IFS Psychotherapy

You may not be looking for quick techniques or a short course of sessions. You may already understand a great deal about yourself, yet still find that the same patterns keep repeating: in relationships, in work, in how you speak to yourself. My work is long-term, relational and in-depth. Together we explore the parts of you that protect, the younger places that hold pain, and the relationship that develops between us. Change comes from being honestly met, not rushed or “fixed”.

What therapy with me is like

Therapy is not advice-giving. It is careful attention to your inner world, at a pace that feels workable. We notice what happens between us in the room, because that often mirrors important themes in your life. We make space for emotion, ambivalence, anger, grief, fear, desire, and the parts of you that have been exiled or silenced. This kind of work takes time and commitment, and it can also be deeply relieving.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Gentle, parts-based therapy that helps you understand inner critics, protectors, and younger parts that hold pain, with curiosity rather than shame.

Psychodynamic / Relational Therapy

Therapy that explores unconscious patterns, early attachment experiences, and how they emerge between us in the therapeutic relationship.

Depth Therapy

Long-term, in-depth therapy focused on repeating patterns, self-understanding, and real relational change.
