I believe in a holistic approach to mental wellness. While my core approach is rooted in Carl Rogers’ client-centred therapy, which prioritises empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard, I also draw from the rich insights of existential psychotherapy, psychodynamic therapy and many other modalities that support clients with understanding and growth...

About Me

I am a registered Psychotherapist with the BACP and working towards further accreditation.  I graduated with Distinction for my MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Keele University.  Prior to this, I graduated with a BSc in Psychology from the Buckingham University and a Diploma in Counselling from the South African College of Applied Psychology.

Online Therapy

Via Zoom or WhatsApp

Friday only (or any other day if you prefer video sessions)
